We are a growing and dynamic accounting and tax firm based in Milpitas, CA that offers accounting, tax, and management consulting services to publicly traded companies, privately held businesses, and medium to high net worth individuals. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast pace, challenging environment with emphasis on client service and team work.We are looking for a punctual person to join our team as a Receptionist. Compensation and benefits are commensurate with experience and job requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors to the office- Provide office and administrative support such as copying and scanning, filing, mailing, and preparing conference rooms for clients- Maintain calendar and assist managers in administrative tasks- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers- Assist with special tasks as neededQualifications:- High School diploma required, college degree preferred- 0 – 3 years of administrative or related experience- Excellent organizational skills- Excellent attention to detail skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multitask - High proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel- Ability to perform at highest level in a fast-paced environment- Team playerPlease send your cover letter and resume with salary history for consideration.
