AccountPros Executive Search, an industry leader in providing our clients with creative solutions for their direct hire accounting and financial needs, seeks an Associate to join the executive recruiting team in the Los Angeles- Century City office. 


 

Primary responsibilities for this position include: Sourcing candidates for open positions, business development, and new market penetrationManaging and developing a candidate networkInterviewing and screening new applicantsMeeting sales activity goals and demonstrating accountability for designated production goalsDeveloping professional relationships with candidates to ensure a successful process flowProviding outstanding service to candidates and developing a thorough understanding of each person’s critical objectives


 

The ideal candidate will possess:2-3 years experience in a sales and/or recruiting function (within a service industry helpful)A 4 year college degree is requiredA strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivationStrong negotiation skills, strong listening skills, and a solid business senseAccountability for their own financial and professional growth – we will give you the tools and support to get there…the rest is up to you!
