Region Finance Manager

This growth company in a multilocation services industry is recruiting a crucial finance position.  This is a senior level position requiring specific knowledge of financial reporting requirements, establishment of internal controls and analysis of financial results

 

Essential Duties

 Oversight of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for multiple branches and locations.  Documentation of critical processes and establishment of a reliable financial reporting system.Special projects performed in conjunction with senior management.Oversight and review of financial analysis activities for the locations.Business interface with investors, bankers, external auditors and field personnel.

 

RequirementsUndergraduate degree in business administration, accounting or finance.  Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.CPA certification is mandatory.10+ years of financial management experience.  Candidates with audit experience in a Big Four environment also will be given first consideration.Consolidations experience is required.Proven ability and willingness to be a working leader.  Willingness to travel 50% and invest some up front hours into evaluating and “cleaning up” the current system.Local candidates only!  No relocation is available for this position!  If you are from out of the area and have previous plans to relocate please indicate them in your cover letter.
