We are recruiters that specialize in the placement of professionals within Accounting and Finance for the technology industry. Our client is an A rated technology company located in San Jose area. We are working together to identify qualified candidates for a SEC Financial Reporting Manager position.
The SEC Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for:
· Quarterly and Annual Shareholder and SEC reporting, 10K and annual 10Q.
· Compliance with SEC/GAAP accounting and reporting requirements for financial statements,MDA's, footnotes and other disclosures.
· Research of new accounting pronouncements and accurate and timely implementation of new accounting/reporting requirements on both a GAAP and Statutory basis.
· Will be involved in growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions and ensuring appropriate reporting of these initiatives.
Minimum experience:
Qualified candidates for this position will have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance and 7+ years related experience.Must have few years of public experience and few years of industry experienceMust have strong analytical and computer skills.
