We are seeking highly motivated SEC/External Reporting professionals with a mix of Big 4 public accounting and/or private industry experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience. CPA preferred. - SEC reporting (preparation of Forms 10Q/10K/S1/MD&A/Footnotes) - Restatement of prior year financials - Accounting Policy GAAP/FASB research/IFRS - FAS 109, 123, 123R, 133, 157,159. FIN 48. - GAAP accounting, consolidations, monthly close Consultants must demonstrate technical proficiency and experience in their field, possess excellent communication and problem solving skills and possess a desire to deliver exceptional client service. Desire for project-based work required! Travel not required.
