We are looking for the following professionals: * SEC Reporting Professionals Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications: * Recent and relevant SEC experience * 10-K and 10-Q filings * Footnote preparation * FASB/GAAP research * External GAAP basis financial statement preparation * BS/BA degree in Business, Accounting or Finance * CPA/MBA with Big 4 or national public accounting experience * 7+ years relevant industry experience * Proficiency with Excel essential, exposure to a major ERP system (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft) preferred * Client Service driven with excellent communication and relationship management skills * Flexible, adaptable and hands on approach Our unique compensation package allows professionals to choose their client projects, while building lifetime relationships within our global community.
