is a B2B service provider for small to mid-size companies.  DKTCS specializes in providing the highest ethical & quality management consulting services in the industry where our focus is on obtainable top line & bottom line value enhancement for our clients.

 

 

We are looking for a Sales Development Leader for our Ft Lauderdale & West Palm Beach locations.  This position is 25% in-house cold calling and 75% outside sales.

 

The B2B Sales Development Leader will make appointments via outbound calling.  When in the field, you’ll then meet with business owners and decision makers and introduce them to our Consulting Services. Your main focus will be selling a Preliminary Survey that allows business owners to identify strengths and weaknesses in their business that the management consultant will then recommend ways to eliminate the problems in an efficient way.

                           

REQUIREMENTS:

   Outbound Calling Experience;  Able to follow Scripts without being mechanical;   Well-Spoken with excellent command of the English Language; 2-5 years outside sales experience, intangible product sale success a plus; Maintain sales records, reports on all phases of account/category analysis for budgeting; Positive, self-starting, persistent, sales-oriented personality; Business-like, professional appearance ; Must own transportation (late model vehicle) for business purposes; Must be able to see, hear and communicate effectively in oral and written form; A current model IBM compatible computer running Windows XP with internet access.

 

The main responsibility of a DKTCS’s Sales Development Leader is to increase sales by: New Business Development via: Increase sales productivity through outbound cold calling while in-house; Increase sales productivity through business to business outside selling. Follow-up with existing and new leads; Identify and develop new prospects inside your protected territory; Target companies of all sizes and in various industries; Provide on-site consultations to business owners and decision makers; Meet or exceed expectations for performance metrics and quotas; Represent DKTCS’s highest standard of ethics & quality to our customers and within the community.

 

In turn, a DKTCS’s Sales Development Leader will receive: A Competitive hourly rate while in-house making outbound calls; A Competitive commission and bonus plan; A Comprehensive benefits package;

Your total first-year compensation is based on your performance and should exceed $85,000 - $105,000 per year based on your results.
