We are currently looking for finance and accounting professionals and internal audit professionals with the following qualifications: * 7+ years of professional experience working for medium to large companies with hands-on exposure to policy, procedural and internal control review, assessment and documentation. * SOX documentation and testing experience required. * Prior experience should include the evaluation and documentation of internal controls, risk assessment, and the ability to prepare audit programs and execute testing. * Bachelors Degree Required. * CPA, Big 4 Background, and/or CIA/CISA Designation Preferred.
