Senior Property Accountant Needed for the Peninsula

Exciting property real estate company located on the Peninsula is currently seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant to add to their dynamic team.  GENERAL DESCRIPTION:Under general direction, perform real estate accounting duties for residential multi-family properties.  Duties include, but not limited to maintaining and analyzing of accounting records, reviewing and approving monthly and quarterly financial reports, preparing interim and year end audit work papers, submitting loan draws and other reports as required by management or owners.  RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and approve monthly financial statements prepared by 3rd party property management companies, and propose journal entries as required. Provide interim and year-end tax compliance audit and/or tax work papers. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget. Provide property management companies with monthly loan information as needed. Prepare monthly/quarterly debt compliance reports. Provide support to 3rd party management companies on a regular basis, as needed. Provide monthly reports to partners. Prepare acquisition and disposition journal entries with corresponding schedules.
