Senior Staff Fixed Asset Accountant

I’m looking for a Senior Fixed Asset Accountant

This position is responsible for assisting with essential Accounting functions for a GREAT local company.  Candidates must have at least 5-10 years of strong Fixed Asset Accounting experience that includes journal entries, reconciliations, documentation for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, and a solid understanding of GAAP and SEC. This person will also support the monthly close process, accounting research, audit support, and provide financial reporting assistance

Position RequirementsBachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related5-10 years accounting experienceOil and Gas experience is preferredExcellent communication skillsSEC ReportingExcellent written and verbal communications skills Multi-tasking is essential!  Deadlines are critical!Ability to document reporting processes and coordinate audits Some possible travel
