Looking for a Collections Specialist to work in a relaxed yet driven and hardworking environment.  Seeking a customer service oriented Collection Specialist who has strong social skills.  The right candidate must be bright and intelligent and have the ability to see the big picture!



Requirements
3 – 5 years of collections experience Collections experience with payment "work outs" is a plus, though the extent of the experience can be flexible. Applicant needs to demonstrate the ability to implement and adapt Standard Practices and Procedures to specific and unique circumstances Collections Associate needs to develop relationships with past due customers in order to continue to be able to collect payments into the future As we know, a one time Demand and subsequent receipt of "a" payment is not sufficient for "success."  Due to our clientele the collector has to have an amicable relationship with the lessees.Associate must be very discerning when using a "heavy hand."  Associate must be able to work autonomously and prioritize their tasks, as well as adapt their priorities to fit those given them by senior members of the Asset Management & Collection Department. Associate must be able to navigate through the various databases and spreadsheets, and understand the information therein, in order to generate priorities and provide customer service.
