Job Responsibilities The Specialist V-Collections/Dispute Resolution ensures department transactions are performed according to policies and procedures. Reviews and approves items submitted by other specialists. Research and reconciles discrepancies and items in need of expert attention. Documents policy and procedures, and makes recommendations to management for change. Keeps management informed of department productivity progress and items that need attention. Assist internal and external customers with needs and requests. Performs system administration functions. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent training and work experience. Minimum of three years finance experience. Advanced analytical and research skills. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Advanced organizational skills. Ability to train, develop and guide others. Ability to meet internal and external deadlines. Detailed oriented. Advanced judgment skills with the ability to make independent decisions. Ability to work in a multi-task environment and prioritize workload. Good knowledge of AOPS system.
