Job Responsibilities The Specialist V-Collections/Dispute Resolution ensures department transactions are performed according to policies and procedures. Reviews and approves items submitted by other specialists. Research and reconciles discrepancies and items in need of expert attention. Documents policy and procedures, and makes recommendations to management for change. Keeps management informed of department productivity progress and items that need attention. Assist internal and external customers with needs and requests.  Performs system administration functions.
