If so, Mattel is seeking a Senior Licensing Auditor to join its team of professionals located at its Worldwide Headquarters in El Segundo, California. The purpose of this position is to plan and conduct audits of Mattel's Licensees. Licensing audits will ensure licensees comply with contractual agreements.This Senior Licensing Auditor opportunity allows you to work at Mattel's World Headquarters, the pulse of the organization. This provides great visibility to executive management as key decision makers are located at headquarters. Mattel practices a structured review process reflective of company/department and individual goals to be attained throughout the year. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:' Plan and conduct audits of various licensees of Mattel to ensure compliance with contracts. (Domestic and International)' Direct, supervise, and train Supporter assigned to the audit as well as review their work for sufficiency of scope and accuracy. ' Prepare and present audit reports to management and the Licensee. ' Assist in reaching audit settlements and collect outstanding audit findings. EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS REQUIRED:' BA/BS required (Accounting, Finance, Economics preferred).' Minimum 2 years of audit experience required or 2 years licensing audit experience. ' Experience leading audits required. ' Currently working in an audit capacity.' Previous experience working at a Fortune 500 company, Public Accounting firm, Consumer Goods, or Entertainment based companies preferred.' Advanced knowledge of Excel. Access and other database software experience preferred. ' Willingness and ability to travel, both domestically and internationally (40% travel). ' Additional language skills a plus.COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:' Must be team-oriented, pro-active and an independent thinker. ' Ability to manage multiple audits and other tasks simultaneously. ' Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
