Highly desirable client with headquarters in Englewood, CO is seeking a Sr. Audit & Finance Manager to help lead a rapidly growing organization. 

 

Education: CPA, Masters Degree or MBA with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting

 

Qualifications: Prior Public Accounting Experience (5+ years), Exceptional Leadership Abilities, Deputy Capable, Strong Audit Background, SEC Compliance, SAP, Experience Working in a SOX Environment, and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. 

 

Job Description:

Manages one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions:

-Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. 

-Ensure that costs are allocated according to established procedures.

-Directs the analysis of financial information and preparation of financial reports. 

-Oversees the control of accounts and records in such areas as disbursements, expenses, tax payments, and income. 

-Coordinates with various departments to include Tax, Treasury and Programs. 

-Administer the SAP Report Writing

-Manage the SAP FI/CO environment

-Coordinate with the Corporate Controller and CFO organization.

-Responsible for monthly financial statements and account reconciliation.

-Oversee the Technical Accounting Research

-SEC Compliant Year End Financial Statements.
