Help The Company succeed by doing your part as a Staff Accountant who maintains relationship with clients; identifies client requirements; maintains workflow, quality service, and client confidence; completes audits; suggests control improvements; generates additional revenues. Qualifications Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions. Proficient at completing audits, summarizing findings, and designing audit tests. Proficient in use of accounting systems, implementation of corporate financial practices, and analysis of financial and operating information for management to facilitate decision-making. Working knowledge of applicable FASB accounting rules for this industry. Presents a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization. Project management experience, including planning, resource allocation, staffing, budget, and performance. Experience developing and implementing process improvement initiatives. Track record of maintaining quality standards for the team and implementing quality processes. Generates leads through planning and persistence. BS or equivalent experience and 2 to 4 years working experience in Public Accounting.
