This opportunity includes accounting duties with Microsoft Great Plains and Excel that will require the candidate to perform data updates on our Windows based client database, support the sales associates with a variety of tasks, and work on projects as needed. This position will also assist the controller/payroll, assist running weekly production reports, and help with accounts receivable and accounts payable. Other duties include possible research on the Internet as well as some customer service. This is a full time position.

Job Requirements:

 

Looking for a professional with a 4-year degree in Accounting with IT emphasis and 3.5 or higher GPA. Familiarity with the staffing industry in information technology, accounting, engineering or general services is also a plus. Must be able to follow-up with staff, be very detail oriented and have good office management, interpersonal and customer service skills. Ideal candidate will have good writing skills, business analysis, project planning, and general office.  Being able to see a project from beginning to end is important. Good verbal, written communication skills and computer skills are essential. Working experience with databases is a plus.
