TAX ATTORNEY- World class needed!LOCATION: San Jose, California (Bay Area) Large established Institution is seeking to add to their Tax Planning and Advising Team. The Ideal Candidate will be local to the Bay area and have a full knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Mergers & Acquisitions. You need a JD degree and are licensed to practice law with a minimum of 5 years experience in the USA. Preferable background will be in both international tax and M&A experience. CPA, MST or LLM designations are a plus. Significant experience in Subpart F, dividend/repatriations and foreign tax credits is needed.Ability to work closely with the treasury department on global tax management and provide technical tax support for domestic and international tax audit and compliance issues.Base compensation will DOE and can be up to $215k or more, with a generous benefits package and other perks.  There is no relocation package offered at this time. If you meet or exceed the above requirements, I would love to receive your confidential word formatted resume.
