Tax Accountant 3- Delray Beach, FL

  Job description: The Accountant 3, Tax prepares a variety of complex federal and state & local tax returns.  Prepares tax provisions under FAS 109 and prepare related tax accounting entries and reconciliations.  Performs tax research and tax planning as requested.  Trains other employees in tax return preparation including Federal M-1 calculations and state apportionment calculations.  Regularly exercises independent judgment and the ability to think outside the box. Qualifications:  Bachelors Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting or 3-6 years related  work experience required.  Significant technical knowledge and strong, demonstrated analytical and project management skills.  Ability to successfully complete income tax research projects.
