KellyDirect is recruiting for a Tax Manager for one of Rochester's leading medical and dental imaging companies! This position offers an excellent salary and benefits package, relocation package and outstanding opportunity!The tax manager will supervise and prepare quarterly and annual financial accounting provisions for US and foreign subsidiaries. This includes preparation of tax footnote and disclosures, calculation of worldwide, domestic and foreign effective tax rates, current and deferred tax provisions, addressing allowance issues and projections of the above on a quarterly basis. Other duties include but are not limited to: liaison with external attest auditors, prepare SOX documentation, assist with US, state and foreign tax planning and research projects, manage US and state audit inquiries, monitor and provide legislative updates and supervise and prepare federal, state tax and US aspects of foreign compliance.Required experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA and/or advanced degree5-10 years in Big 4, large regional CPA firm or multinational corporate tax departmentStrong tax compliance, research, SFAS and tax and accounting technical skillsSalary is commensurate with experience. This is a full time position that offers a relocation package for the appropriate candidate.
