The Content Technical Specialist (CTS) is responsible for coordinating the development of systems to improve content development, accessibility and management. The CTS is a highly technical role that involves building more robust capabilities for publishing and managing content across the firm, as well as developing more sophisticated tools and interfaces for easy access by end users. The CTS is responsible for enhancing tracking and reporting capabilities to better measure production, performance and usage. The CTS coordinates with the Project Development Team (PDT), the IT application development team, and internal team members to execute technology driven projects.
Responsibilities*:
• Development and Administration of Exstream Dialogue Software
• Content management and archiving through FileNet, SharePoint, etc.
• Developing content classification system and taxonomy
• Reclassifying content in FIIRE Library (bins)
• Applying metadata to internal and external content
• Search engine optimization of various external websites
• Web analytics for MarketMinder, FI.com and other external sites
• Usage tracking of content internally
• Management of team SharePoint site
• General reporting and performance tracking
• Ongoing technology research

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven project management capabilities
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access
• Web savvy
• Experience with Exstream Dialogue Software required
• Experience with Adobe design tool a plus
