As a Telecom Network Cost Auditor you will perform in-depth audit and analysis work for our carrier clients.  More specifically, you will:

 

·  Audit and analyze telecommunications cost data associated with a myriad of types of voice, network, and data services.

·  Validate complex rate elements and factors that drive client circuit costs using complex queries or views.  

·  Compare billed circuits to industry systems supplied by clients to determine the authenticity of all circuits billed.

·  Pinpoint anomalies between client call detail records and those supplied by vendors.

·  Validate variable cost usage rate elements and factors.

·  Research and comprehend industry tariffs, service guides, and contracts.

·  Deliver savings to clients and company based on set objectives.

 

Qualified candidates MUST posses:

 

·  A Bachelor’s or advanced degree

·  2+ years experience auditing telecom invoices.

·  Superior software skills, especially in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.

·  Successful history of working with software applications.

·  Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail.

·  Project management skills.

·  Any SQL or Oracle experience helpful.
