Tire Service / Facilities Maintenance Manager

Love's Travel Stops & Country Store's, Inc. is now hiring for the following Tire and Facilities Maintenance management position:

Title: Tire Service / Facilities Maintenance Manager

Reports To: General Manager

Responsibilities:

* Promote sales growth and profits of tire shop
* Thoroughly train tire technicians
* Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude
* Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs
* Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail
* Facilities maintenance/ Grounds keeping
* Exhibit Love's pledge of \"doing what is right for our employees\" at all times





Minimum Requirements

* 2 - 3 years experience in tire, auto parts/repair, automotive mechanic, or Lube Express
* Experience supervising and training 7 or more employees
* Facilities maintenance background a plus
* Valid driver's license
* Proven budget and P&L skills
* PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
* Relocation may be required
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and/or stand for up to 12 hours at a time
* Ability to work a flexible schedule



$50,000 to $60,000 Total Compensation Package!
