Finance Relationship Manager - UK Investment Counselor

At our firm, relationship managers are called "Investment Counselors," because the emphasis is on managing client relationships, not selling additional products or services. UK Investment Counselors work at our Bay Area headquarters and service clients located in the United Kingdom. Our Investment Counselors are individuals excited about further developing their market knowledge and understanding of Fisher Investments' investment strategy to help our private clients achieve their investment goals. Investment Counselors do not spend any time acquiring new clients. Rather, they chiefly act as a liaison between assigned clients and the firm's senior investment policy decision-makers. Investment Counselors play an integral role in contributing to the firm's success.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee a roster of UK-based high net worth private client relationships valuing $100+ million
• Communicate the firm's current market strategy and portfolio structure with assigned clients
• Act as the liaison between clients and the firm's investment strategy decision-makers
• No prospect or cold-calling; Fisher Investments furnishes all the clients
• Gain advanced capital markets education through our training and mentoring programs
• Participate in ongoing opportunities for merit-based career advancement
Qualifications:
• Experience working in the United Kingdom (UK) Financial Services Industry
• Knowledge of UK investment environment including account types and investment structures
• Demonstration of extensive professional investment industry success
• Practical knowledge and applicable experience in stock markets
• 2+ years of successful client management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
