Upper Peninsula Based Non Profit Group Seeks Property Accountant Non Profit based group in the Upper Peninsula is seeking a Property Accountant to join their team on a project to hire basis. Qualified candidates will have experience with property management or real estate industry experience, a minimum of two years of accounting, intermediate to advanced Excel, and experience analyzing various accounting functions. Responsibilities: • Prepare journal entries and assist in month end close. • Analyze financials for various property portfolios. • Analyze budgets and make recommendations to management. • Performs ad hoc financial analysis and audit review.Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance required • Minimum of 2-4 years of analytical business experience. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. • Solid and effective communication with various levels of management • Experience with Excel, Access, and any large ERP a must, including multi-sheet workbooks, V LOOKUP functions, and pivot tables.
