CITY/STATE: 85210POSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Accounting/Finance/InsuranceSALARY: 65,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD /yearREFERENCE CODE: JH ANS CHAN Work/Life Balance Sr. Financial Analyst     This company is a manufacturer and located in the SouthEast Valley.  They are in need of a strong Financial Analyst who has excellent technical accounting skills.  They offer a great work/life balance of a 4 day work week.Responsibilities:1.Compile and analyze the Annual Operating Budgets: departmental cost center manpower plans, direct labor plan, expense plans and the capital plan. Continue ongoing review of performance against these plans and coordinate/develop corrective action plans. 2.Coordinate, prepare, and analyze various periodic financial reports and data for Division and Corporate Management including Gross Margin to Pre-Tax Profit reporting, Funds Flow reports and various monthly departmental expense reports. 3.Participate in the month end financial close out process and prepare sales and gross margin reports for management. 4.Ensure compliance with internal procedures and FAR/CAS government regulations. 5.Serve as liaison with outside agencies including DCAA, DCMAO and our independent auditors. 6.Handle confidential planning data and sensitive financial data of employees, consultants and marketing representatives. 7.Work with Program Managers to affect timely and accurate preparation of contract estimates-at-completion (EAC). 8.Participate in preparing and reporting monthly financial reporting with senior management. 9.Perform other duties as assigned.
