Our loan officers provide our borrowers with sound, productive credit solutions.  Qualifications include 3-5 years lending or comparable experience and an undergraduate degree in business (or related studies) or a combination of work experience/education.  An understanding of agriculture and ag-industries is always a plus!  Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical / problem solving skills required.  Must fully understand economic conditions in our markets and be able to effectively assess which borrowers are a good match for our products/services.  Strong network & ties to local business community required.  We work in a unique team environment focused on exceeding our customer’s expectations.  Farm Credit offers competitive salary, incentive & benefits, paid education & training, access to the latest technological tools.  More than a career, a way of life!
