Mobile Mini Inc. is an International Leader in delivering high quality service in the portable storage and container industry. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Consultant for our Birmingham Branch. If you want to be part of a growing company that believes in promoting within, then we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will be expected to penetrate the entire marketing area that your branch resides in. We are looking for energetic, motivated people who want to succeed. This includes predominantly telephone contacts with customers, cold calls, and conducting some job site and off site appointments. The position utilizes an assigned customer database and a Mobile Mini designed sales program.
Responsibilities:To increase the market awareness of Mobile Mini’s products and servicesWorking in a team atmosphere with the inside and outside sales reps to service our customers with the utmost professionalismSpending 90% of time in the office and 10% of time in the field marketing new and existing accountsKeeping your database-required calls up to date and properly noted at all times.Assisting customers with quotes and closing salesInforming customers on product specifications, uses and services availableProcessing paperwork to coordinate service order, pick-ups and deliveries with dispatch as neededConsistently meets or exceeds goals for all sales activitiesConsistently performs outbound marketing calls on a daily basis Achieves acceptable standards on Sales Mentor scores Accurate and timely completion of paperwork
Requirements:Exceptional telephone skills including clear enunciation varying vocal tone and professional courtesy. Strong work ethic that demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence and competitive spirit Actively listens to and documents customers issues to anticipate customers needs and proactively offer solutionsMeet all specified deadlines including but not limited to Dodge reports and weekly activities logsEffectively schedules work to allow for dedicated phone time for out bound marketing callsComputer skills with Microsoft Office or comparable business software/ similar programs as well as the ability to learn all company programsStrong communication skills and the ability to relate to various clients in a business to business settingWorks in a team oriented atmosphere with the emphasis on customer service
