Description:Eaton Corporation located in Shenandoah, Iowa has an opening for a Quality Manager.The Quality Manager is responsible for the coordination of the quality department and the deployment of quality strategy within the facility. Responsibilities include: - Establishing a quality control commitment by the organization from the factory floor, in order to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and meet the customers needs. - Establishing strong leadership in the areas of quality engineering with expert Quality systems, which support understanding of design engineering, manufacturing engineering and produce ability. -Providing information on state-of-art quality philosophies and techniques. - Promoting awareness and development of total quality assurance.
