Cummins NPower, the area’s exclusive engine and power generation systems distributor for Cummins products, seeks qualified candidates for the following position: Position: Branch ManagerLocation: Wausau, Wisconsin Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.  Varies based on experience.Schedule:  Monday – Friday.  Days.    Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate service and parts operations to assure: Business processes are adhered to Service and Parts measures are met Expenses are controlled Safety standards are followed Employee performance is addressed in appropriate & timely manner through variety of ways (documentation, discussion, training, etc.) Improvement plans are implemented Customer satisfaction is met Promote parts and service sales through calling on existing & new Customers/Dealers.   Communicate with customers and associates to handle issues and solve problems/complaints. Generate annual budget, and ensure that these budgets are complied with.  Analyze operational results on a daily, weekly & monthly basis, communicate these results and develop techniques to improve operational results.  Responsible for the security and maintenance of the building and company vehicles.  Ensure that an orderly and safe environment is provided for all employees. Financial planning and accountability. Critical Skill Dimensions:Functional/Technical Business management skills Excellent customer service skills Five to ten years experience in this or a related field Computer Keyboard and PC skills Ability to perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, invoicing, creating documents, maintaining files and records, etc required Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required Quality/Improvement Ability to contribute to system improvement process Commitment to task and results oriented Teamwork Excellent communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking & telephone) Demonstrated ability to develop & maintain effective working relationships with customers and co-workers. Leadership Demonstrated ability to initiate, expedite, follow through to project completion Effective user of good problem solving skills Exhibits organizational and time management skills Ability to positively react to change in environment, process and people Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work Ability to maintain composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations.
