Under close supervision of manufacturing engineers, you will perform a variety of manufacturing engineering duties to assist in the design and plan layouts for manufacturing processes for industrial drives and controls. You will assist in developing new methods and procedures, tool designs, etc. You will address and resolve problems that affect product quality. You will assist in planning sequences of operations and specifying procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance. You will assist in training production staff in new methods and procedures. You will observe and analyze applied methods, and offer recommendations in the area of improvement to bring about work simplification and cost reduction. You will maintain all required records and documentation. Requirements: Ideal Candidate should have this requirements:- Should have experience in performing all the duties listed above An Associate degree in Electronics or Manufacturing or Industrial discipline 2 to 4 years of related experience.
