Mortgage Loan Officers / Branch Manager
• We are a Direct Lender (VA Automatic and FHA Direct Endorsement)
• We underwrite, close, and fund all loans in house
• We securitize loans with GNMA and FNMA
• We are currently licensed to lend in 39 States
• We currently have over 50 branches nationwide
• WSM handles all payroll, compliance, management, training, and licensing renewal
• All Loan Officer’s will receive FULL and complete training
• WSM has a competitive pay structure compliant with the recent Loan Officer Compensation ruling.
• WSM’s technology has allowed our process to be paperless, and our Loan Origination System web based. Our approach is “high tech and high touch”.
Programs offered:
• FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA
• 100% VA Cash Out
• IRRRLS without an Appraisal
• FHA and VA down to a 600 credit score
• 203K loans (Streamline and Full)
