Position Title: Inside Sales Representative

Reports to: Corporate Sales Managers



Position Overview:

Toronto sales firm is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who has experience in supporting field sales representatives and selling directly to users.​​Successful candidates must be diligent and efficient in their daily work habits.​​



Responsibilities:



· Represent product offerings in Canada and the USA

· Conduct cold call and email campaigns

· Search for potential customers and booking appointments (emails and calls)

· Support Marketing initiatives (corporate and customers)

· Close sales

· Build support marketing material

· Manage Boomerang email campaigns or other marketing campaigns

· Provide management with duly reporting

· Keeping /​ building /​ managing CRM database

· Other office duties as assigned



Position Requirements:



· Minimum of 2 years in inside sales role

· Great technical skills in telephony, software applications, networks

· Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Organizational skills

· Knowledge of social media, and business community websites

· Knowledge of SalesForce.​com is a plus
