Merrill is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Project Manager for our Calgary location.
Job Description
The individual in this role will be responsible for managing printing and filing of financial documents to include:
-partnering with clients to effectively manage the financial filing and printing projects
-consult and advise clients on workflow and/or job production process
-develop and maintain high profile and complex client relationships
-effectively anticipate and resolve client needs and expectations
Skills:
-Financial Printing experience preferred
-strong customer service orientation
-solid verbal and written communication skills
-experience working in firm deadline-driven environments
-experience with project multi-tasking and ability to handle pressure
-3-5 years experience in client service driven environment
-flexibility with overtime/shift changes during peak periods
