Merrill is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Project Manager for our Calgary location.​


Job Description

The individual in this role will be responsible for managing printing and filing of financial documents to include:
-partnering with clients to effectively manage the financial filing and printing projects
-consult and advise clients on workflow and/​or job production process
-develop and maintain high profile and complex client relationships
-effectively anticipate and resolve client needs and expectations



Skills:

-Financial Printing experience preferred

-strong customer service orientation

-solid verbal and written communication skills

-experience working in firm deadline-driven environments

-experience with project multi-tasking and ability to handle pressure

-3-5 years experience in client service driven environment

-flexibility with overtime/​shift changes during peak periods
