Position Description:

The Customer Care Center Recruiter’s role involves extensive sourcing, telephone screening and interviewing. The Customer Care Recruiter works with the Customer Care hiring manager to fill openings from entry level to management.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Meeting with managers to determine job specifications and required candidate skills and experience

Developing job postings and ads that attract qualified candidates

Managing postings on various job boards

Sourcing and screening resumes and candidates

Presenting qualified candidates to the hiring manager

Preparing managers for interviews

Developing interview guides and training materials

Interviewing candidates

Developing and extending offers of employment

Managing new hire paperwork processes

Networking in the community to ensure flow of applicants Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources

Accept overall responsibility to success of the recruitment campaign

Establish relationships with public agencies, universities, colleges, etc. in order to promote employment opportunities in the community

Attend local job fairs and recruiting events

Stay updated on laws regarding recruitment

 

Qualifications:

Previous recruiting and hiring experience preferred

Must be comfortable with outbound recruiting/cold calling

Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication

Must respond well to internal deadline pressures in a fast paced environment

Must have an excellent attendance and punctuality record

Must be highly productive and a high degree of accuracy required

Excellent decision making skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Goldmine software

Ability to work effectively on a team

Exceptional organization and time-management skills

Able to stay on task and work independently with little supervision

Self starter with strong initiative

Professionalism in actions, words, and performance

Positive attitude and high energy level

Model behavior that supports the company purpose and values

2+ years recruiting experience

Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
