The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the success and profitability of the store, which includes:

• Establishing and training a knowledgeable, service-oriented team
• Creating an engaging store atmosphere, consistent with our brand image
• Motivating and leading team of Managers, Sales and Stock Associates
• Developing, training and managing clientele programs
• Managing overall operations of the business (profit and loss, loss prevention, standards, etc.)

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of successful retail management experience with a luxury, contemporary retailer, a proven track record of managing store operations, excellent motivational and communication skills, and a drive to be successful!
