Content Management Infrastructure

 

Omni Resources, Incorporated in 1984 is dedicated to providing the highest quality information technology consulting services throughout the upper Midwest.  We are currently seeking an experienced Content Management Infrastructure Consultant to work with our client in Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities/Basic Duties:
* Content Management/Document Management/Imaging Infrastructure - Provide support for existing infrastructure and assist in new projects.
* Work closely with and under the direction of Content Management/Document Management/Imaging Infrastructure team in Technology Services.
* Provide technical consultation and support for Content/Document Management and Imaging infrastructure applications supported by team.
* This may require off hours support and the need to carry a pager.
* Provide infrastructure support for Content/Document Management and Imaging infrastructure applications supported by team.
* Assist in the evaluation of new Content/Document Management and Imaging products and solutions.
* Work closely with clients, content management competency center, and other infrastructure support teams to determine technical requirements for new Content/Document Management and Imaging applications.
* Identify, define and model the technical infrastructure based on the application architecture for new functionality or new application development. This includes the integrated hardware, software, and communications components that provide the technical platform for the application solution and supporting data structures.
* Works with application engineer and Technical Services to provide a technology solution.

* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Experience supporting infrastructure applications.
* Experience working in a large corporation.
* Good communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
* Ability to establish positive relationships and work independently.
* High degree of personal initiative and self-motivation.

* Willingness to set aggressive goals and stretch to achieve them.
* Flexibility and ability to adapt solutions to our environment.
* Experience in or demonstrated ability to learn web technologies.
* Attention to detail a must.
