Night Shift Call Agent

We are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Call Agent to work for a Maintenance company in Milton Keynes. You will be required to work from 20.30 to 06.30 on a 4 day rolling rota in a small team.



Main responsibilities:



Inbound calls from clients regarding maintenance issues



Logging all calls received



Liaising with engineers



Processing invoices/certificates



Skills and desired experience:



Good written and verbal communication skills



Attention to detail



Previous experience of working nights would be an advantage



This is a temporary to permanent role.
