Sunquest is a global market leader in healthcare IT for hospitals and laboratories. We have an opportunity in our Client Support department for a Regional Solutions Consultant.
As the Regional Solutions Consultant, you would be responsible for an assigned territory of clients. You would:
• Build relationships with current clients by visiting assigned sites on a regular basis.
• Work with the client to ensure they are getting the best value from their Sunquest solutions; this would include sharing best practices, establishing programs, and working with clients.
• Be a liaison between the clients and various Sunquest departments.
• Direct clients to appropriate staff for any issues or questions.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
• Experience working with clients and building relationships
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to communicate with audiences of various levels (doctors, nurses, CEOs, etc)
• Available for considerable travel to client sites a must (up to 75% travel required)
• You must live or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications:
• Healthcare IT and/or clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Bachelors of Science in Business, Medical Technology or Medical field or equivalent
