Operations Manager
Our client, one of Wisconsin's leading High End Commercial Architectural Millwork Houses, is seeking a dynamic AWI Professional to Manage the daily Operations while reporting directly to the President.



Overview:
Oversees the Manufacturing Process by Designing and Developing Methods; Establishing priorities; and Supervising Personnel.



Skills/Qualifications:
Manufacturing Control Planning, Documentation Skills, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Quality, Production Planning,  Promoting Process Improvement, Equipment and Facility Budgets, Coordination, Personnel Selection and Training, Safety Management. 



Salary is Commensurate with Experience
