Your Ingenuity is welcome!The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for building a pro-active pipeline of qualified candidates for the Talent Acquisition Team. Sourcing Specialist work closely with the Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meet diversity and overall recruiting goals and achieve hiring plans.   PRINCIPAL DUTIES:  Implementing numerous sourcing strategies including direct sourcing/cold calling, referral generation, ad placement, research, agencies, and networking to develop a qualified, diverse pool of candidates. Execute the business group's sourcing strategy priorities based on annual staffing plans with particular attention focused on diversity initiatives. Maintain current knowledge of internal and external sourcing options through benchmarking, best business practice sharing and industry networking. Mine various internal/external databases for qualified candidates. Advises Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters on trends and developments in the external market, that might impact talent acquisition strategies. Conduct initial screening interviews with experienced candidates and prepare written assessments. Utilize Taleo to track candidate workflows, sourcing data, and pre-screening information. Maintain a constant and steady focus on the marketplace and report market intelligence.  Obtain a high level of client satisfaction, informational and formally.  Develop knowledge of assigned business groups structure, strategies, and critical skill requirements. Work closely with the recruiters to ensure qualified candidates are properly dispositioned through the next phase of the hiring process.  Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Three to five years of recruiting and/or sourcing-related experience. AIRS or other industry recognized certification preferred. Knowledge of the HVAC industry preferred. Experience with recruiting and sourcing sales and technical talent desired. Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Excellent customer service, problem-solving, teaming, and knowledge-sharing skills.  Proven track record of developing creative and innovative recruiting strategies.  A commitment to the quality/value of results and open communication.  Knowledge of recruiting /placement laws and practices.  Demonstrated strong technology aptitude (e.g., with applicant tracking system(s), the Internet, search engines, interview scheduling systems, etc.).  Experience in a fast-paced professional environment is highly desired.
