Traveling Superintendent - Retail Construction- (Full-time) 

Manage daily operation of construction projects, including oversight of company resources and subcontractors, to successfully complete projects within contract budget, requirements, plans and specifications.  Maintain standards of excellence in safety, quality and productivity on the job site.  Serve as a company representative and point of contact with the public, owners, and subcontractors and suppliers.

 

Position Skills & Responsibilities:

Minimum qualifications and requirements for applicants:

 

Education -  H.S. diploma or GED minimum.


Experience - Applicants should have a minimum 5 years diverse lead-superintendent experience to include 3 million plus retail (big-box) or grocery store projects including site work. - to be considered, you must include list of projects managed and list of references (preferrably owners, owner's representatives and former supervisors).*This is a traveling position*
