Telesales Professional

Lang Holdings, Inc. a leading supplier of high-quality calendars, stationery, specialty gifts and back-to-school products in North America and abroad is currently seeking a Telesales Professional to join our team at our Delafield, WI headquarters. 

With three distinct and exciting brands, as well as proprietary relationships and licensing agreements with world-renowned artists and leading sports organizations, we deliver innovative and exclusive products for every age, interest and taste.

As a Telesales Professional, you will drive incremental revenue by selling the entire Lang Holdings portfolio of products to Gift and Specialty retailers via telephone.  You will manage a national base of existing customers and will build relationships with prospects in order to secure new business. 

In this role you will proactively initiate, setup and conduct sales calls on a regular basis, via phone, to targeted accounts, manage a sales territory and call plan, and perform overall account management duties for assigned customers, including order taking, providing order status, and assisting in the resolution of customer issues.  This position will allow you to showcase your talent in managing a sales territory, including the achievement of expected call and sales closure rates.  Your ability to proactively manage partnerships with field sales representatives to achieve maximum territory penetration will ensure your success.

Requirements:

·  Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing preferred

·  Equivalent experience including combined customer service/telesales  in a business to business sales or marketing environment

 

·  Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, E-mail and Internet
