University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is seeking an Assistant Dean for the College of Nursing and School of Information Studies responsible for providing leadership in the planning and implementation of financial, budgetary, and personnel strategies in support of the mission of both units. Areas of responsibilities include business operations, fiscal and human resources, administrative computing, and general administration.  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and four years experience managing large complex budgets and experience in human resource management required.  MBA preferred. Must have excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills and ability to work independently and effectively and with sensitivity in a team environment with a diverse group of professional colleagues..
