* DOORS administrator / power user
* Developing standard DOOR templates / DXL scipts
* Supporting multiple programs to develop track and verify requirements
* Aiding the role out and training of the systems engineering process and DOORS
* Developing and tracking requirements using DOORS
* Maintain consistency across programs in hierarchical structure, core attributes and naming conventions
* Develop and maintain DOORS training, policies, procedures and work instructions
* Install, maintain, backup and recover the DOORS environment, as needed
*Stay informed of future DOORS releases
*Manage DOORS user accounts
*Manage link modules and conventions
* Develop, test and deploy DXL scripts to support program needs
Maintain consistency across programs in hierarchical structure, core attributes and naming conventions
* Install, maintain, backup and recover the DOORS environment, as needed
* Stay informed of future DOORS releases
* Manage DOORS user accounts
* Manage link modules and conventions

* 10 or more years of DOORS experience with a solid working knowledge of:
* User Access Rights Mgmt
* Project/Folder/Module Mgmt
* Module Structure
* View Creation
* Requirement attributes data
* Strong interpersonal, communication, documentation skills
* Bachelor of Science
* Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
IBM Certified DOORS Administrator a plus
* Strong leadership and personal discipline, verbal & written communication, documentation skills
*10 - 20% travel will be required
