The Zero-Defect Initiative is one of our key priorities and designed to contribute substantially to the reduction of costs related to technical risks in all of our processes.Your tasks: Lead the development, implementation, and follow-up of our Turbogenerators Zero-Defect Initiative in the business, incl. factories and suppliers • Define defect rate metrics and support process improvement initiatives • Select and integrate methods and actions in specific stages of the product life cycle • Instruct our staff in relevant zero-defect methodsYour profile: MSc engineering degree; PhD advantageous • At least 4 years experience in product development, engineering, manufacturing, and/or quality management • Solid understanding of project execution processes • Strong communication and networking skills • Ability to motivate and convince • Open-minded team player able to lead by example and live the zero-defect mentalityWe offer a challenging position with good prospects for career development and the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment.
