MARKETING COORDINATOR

Feld Entertainment, Inc., the organization whose productions include the legendary Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey®, Disney On Ice, and Disney Live!, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join it’s Marketing Department. As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of advertising, promotional, and grassroots strategies and tools to increase brand awareness and ticket sales for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey®. You will become an expert on the brand and work with the Marketing and Sales teams to support local programs and initiatives.  Your keen eye for detail and creative mind will be utilized in the production and proofing of marketing collateral and advertising materials used across the country. The ideal candidate has superior organization, communication, and writing skills. They are a fast learner and have project management experience and an ability to remain flexible and effective as direction, priorities, and deadlines often change. This person is proactive and works well both independently and on a team. We are looking for someone with a basic understanding of marketing principles, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels, and that values the importance of tracking and evaluating initiatives.

 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications or similarExperience: 0-2 years working in a marketing environmentStrong attention to detail Shows initiative and ownership of assigned projectsCapable of managing multiple projects concurrentlyAbility to work under pressure of tight deadlines and sometimes heavy workloadExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong written and presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
