Assistant Project Manager

Cass Information Systems, Inc.​ is the market leader in automated payment services, servicing the business needs of Fortune 500 companies.​ We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager in our corporate headquarters located in Bridgeton, MO.​ This position is responsible for developing written information about the organization’s computing systems that aid their use and support.​



Primary positions responsibilities include:

· Develop documentation project plans and timelines

· Plan, design, research, write, and edit a range of documents, including user guides and manuals, technical specifications, software test plans, training materials, user policies, and proposals, for both print and online media

· Liaise with department heads and end users to define identify business procedures and establish documentation needs for hardware and software

Knowledge and minimum requirements include:

· A technical level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, or communications or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Minimum of two years working in an IT related position

· Knowledge of Microsoft Project preferred but not required
