Investment Services Manager
In Wells Capital Management, manages a team of four. Responsible for the delivery and tracking of external investment research products. Ensures that correct services are provided to portfolio management teams by coordinating with service vendors, IT, and third party brokers. Service costs, users, and paying managers are entered into a tracking system to provide accurate cost reporting. This position analyzes, reconciles, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of the data in the tracking system. Tracks commission payments and provides insight as to which products are eligible for payment with broker commissions under SEC regulation 28e. Applies cost allocation of a service or product across multiple business teams. Completes time critical reports for the mutual fund boards, Client Commission Review Committee, Trade Allocation Committee, compliance department, and portfolio managers and traders. This team maintains the budgets for each portfolio manager by broker. Minimum Qualifications: Undergraduate degree with 6-8 years of experience in the finance industry.
