We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist position in our Waltham, Ma office.
As a marketing specialist on our high energy marketing team, you will be responsible for helping the team create innovative results producing campaigns. Utilizing a mix of direct, email, Internet, and database marketing, SEO, SEM, link building, keyword buys, web seminars, social media, content marketing, and events-based campaigns, you will attract new customers and engage with existing customers. Your position is critical in helping us achieve our next level of growth. You will be accountable for program execution, analysis and reporting. This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager for our Securities and Insurance focused marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Overall lead generation planning and performance management, including forecasting lead targets and implementing lead nurturing, conversion acceleration, and ROI best practices throughout the customer purchase life cycle.
Promotion calendar and campaign mix execution: Determine the right mix of campaign elements such as direct mail, email, keyword buys, web seminars, sponsorships, social media, online PR, trade events, online forums, syndicated content distribution (e.g., white paper postings), etc.
Implement marketing programs targeting new prospects in key segments and verticals to raise levels of customer acquisition and retention. Track and analyze campaign effectiveness.
Manage Salesforce.com, including database clean-up, lead nurturing, lead forecasting, lead reporting, Email/Web integration, assignment rules, filtering, etc.
Work with a marketing managers to create repeatable programs, messaging, and sales tools (e.g., ROI calculator, case studies, solution briefs, product demos, data sheets, white papers) to generate and nurture leads through the marketing and sales pipeline.
Deliver regular activity, ROI, and performance reports (e.g., visitors, inquiries, downloads) and manage the tracking infrastructure for each program and summarize results with recommendations.
Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external partners.

BA/BS in Marketing or 6 years of marketing experience, specifically in lead generation and marketing programs execution.
Minimum of 2 years marketing experience, specifically in lead generation and marketing programs execution.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong presentation, communication and writing skills to design marketing program messaging and themes.
Track record of planning and executing marketing programs to meet marketing goals and revenue targets.
Energetic, eager potential marketing superstar who has experience in a range of marketing activities, e.g., blogs, SEO, SEM, social networks, web seminars, events, etc.
Preferred:
BA / BS in Marketing Complementary coursework in Internet Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing a big plus.
Financial Services industry knowledge, specifically risk and compliance.
Strong knowledge of and experience with marketing automation, Web analytics, and email management products such as Eloqua, Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
