Senior Business Analyst

We are looking to fill the positions immediately.Experienced in the Business Analyst capabilities. Capable of executing the Business Analyst II role with no oversight. Candidate will possess at least 5-7 years of experience. Individual will work on the company's Insight (browser-based) application for a large strategic project. The system supports the company's core system functionality through a browser interface. The qualified candidate will be expected to:- Understanding business requirements - Analyzing design functional specifications to understand business rules - Understanding of application data model - Writing integration functional specifications that define the consumption rules of 3rd party services and map data from/to the application data model - Interacting with internal functional, technical, and quality teams - Must possess good written and verbal communication skills - Must possess a technical understanding of open systems architecture, data structures, field level entities, XML, and schema structures - Ability to problem solve effectively between teams and communicate recommended decisions - Must be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to multi task Functional knowledge of the company's core systems a plus. Knowledge of retail banking, contact center, and/or sales/lead management procedures a plus. Knowledge of the company's Insight a plus.
